Welcome to Ruined Treasure LLC Janitorial Services ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our janitorial services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

1. Services Provided

Ruined Treasure LLC provides professional janitorial and cleaning services to commercial and residential clients. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in the service agreement or contract between the Company and the Client ("you" or "Client").

2. Service Agreement

A formal service agreement will be provided to you detailing the scope, frequency, and cost of the services. Both parties must agree to the terms outlined in the service agreement before services commence.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement.
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or any other agreed-upon method.
Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as stipulated in the service agreement.
In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until the outstanding balance is paid.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling of services must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, as detailed in the service agreement.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may lead to the termination of the service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled service times.
The Client must ensure that the working environment is safe for our staff, including the removal of hazardous materials or obstacles.
Any special instructions or requests must be communicated in writing before services commence.

6. Liability

Ruined Treasure LLC is fully insured and bonded. We take every precaution to protect your property while providing services.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or loss on the premises.
Any damages or losses caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of the incident for us to address the issue.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

8. Confidentiality

Any information provided by the Client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing janitorial services.
We may use subcontractors to perform some services. These subcontractors are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement immediately if the Client breaches any of the terms and conditions or engages in illegal or unsafe practices.

10. Force Majeure

Ruined Treasure LLC is not liable for delays or failures to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the services are provided. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of that state.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

Return and Refund Policy janitorial cleaning

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ruined Treasure LLC. By engaging our janitorial services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Services

Ruined Treasure LLC provides janitorial and cleaning services as outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to the client. Services may include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, floor maintenance, window cleaning, restroom sanitation, and waste management.

3. Service Hours

Services will be provided during the hours agreed upon in the service contract. Any changes to service hours must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Due Date: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Late Payments: Late payments are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via check, credit card, or electronic bank transfer.

5. Client Responsibilities

Access to Premises: The client must provide access to the premises during the agreed service hours.
Utilities: The client must ensure that water and electricity are available during service hours.
Hazardous Conditions: The client must inform Ruined Treasure LLC of any hazardous conditions that may affect the health and safety of our staff.

6. Liability

Damage: Ruined Treasure LLC will exercise reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not responsible for damage to items or property that were not properly secured or that were already in disrepair.
Insurance: Ruined Treasure LLC carries general liability insurance. A copy of our insurance certificate is available upon request.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ruined Treasure LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the services provided.

7. Termination

Termination by Client: The client may terminate the service contract with 30 days' written notice. Any services rendered up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
Termination by Ruined Treasure LLC: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client fails to make payments or violates any terms of this agreement.

8. Service Guarantee

Ruined Treasure LLC is committed to providing high-quality service. If the client is not satisfied with the service provided, we will re-clean the area in question at no additional charge, provided that the client notifies us within 24 hours of the service.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the course of this agreement confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

10. Amendments

Ruined Treasure LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

11. Governing Law
